By selecting or entering any amount valued in United States Dollars, you’re declaring in honorable pledge to endow a specified value under vow of contribution, and journeying to become a Bona Fide Participating Procurement Member (“PPM“) of the Cooperative Procurement Opportunity (“CPO“) highlighted herein.  The value you commit this day will be entrusted to your iCovest Cash Flow Family CPO Trust, and your commitment to provide this same value is expected to continue every year for a benefit provision in covenant of 7 years to the CPO Trust.  You are welcome to increase your covenant at any time pursuant to the availability of Beneficial Interest Units (“BIU“) allocated by the CPO.

The percentage of your PPM contribution will predetermine the percentage of Royalty you are awarded pursuant to your Beneficial Interest Unit holdings for each CPO you are a PPM to.

PPM contributions may be equitably reduced when the CPO in covenant begins to endow 50 to 100% matching contributions for each PPM.  Every CPO established is endowed with a collective mission to match all pledged contributions as soon as the CPO is capable of doing so, and thereby reducing the covenanted responsibility of each PPM until the residual cash flow of the CPO outweighs the responsibility of all PPMs.

Wise stewardship, and empowered community support is anticipated from every PPM involved in the CPO project to realize this mission objective sooner than later!
