The iCovest Group (hereinafter, “iCovest“) and its Members often share copyrighted / trademarked material, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by a copyright owner. iCovest makes such material available in non-commercial applications to advance the understanding of environmental, political, human rights, economic, sovereignty, scientific, scriptural, and social justice issues, etc., for a better world.
We believe that this constitutes a “fair use” of any such copyrighted / trademarked material as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright / Trademark Law. In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, the material made available through iCovest is distributed without profit to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving the included information for research and educational purposes consistent with other related iCovest Policies and Procedures.
Important Note: If you wish to obtain name use rights for all copyrighted / trademarked material made available through the iCovest for purposes of your own that go beyond “fair use,” you must obtain permission from the owner iCovest.
